I hired Paramount Last year initially for yard maintance and ended up hiring them for a huge landscape/ softscape job, which is still ongoing! Although I initially interacted with Niomi when I first called to inquire about services, she has always been pleasant and returns calls in a prompt manner. I have met the owner Doug a few times and he is also pleasant- the employee I have have 99.9 percent interactions with is Jeff Webb. Jeff is not only friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and maticulois, he has always gone above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He has dropped by our home, returned my phone calls no matter what time of day or night- even weekends to ensure our satisfaction. If I ever had a concern, he listened and made it right, no questions, he just gets it done. My experience has been a great one with Paramount and Jeff Webb and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends or anyone needing a reference.
