I gave 1/2 star rating only because I could not figure out how to give a 0 rating. I phoned for a quote.... was told someone would be there Thursday evening....didn't show up until Friday evening. Then he took the roof measurements, said he needed to get prices on skylights and would get back to me by Monday at the latest.... It is now more than a full week past the promised Monday and I have still not heard back. Needless to say, my business will be going elsewhere.
