Well this is the husband who took her wife's vehicle in for its 40K tune-up which was basically an oil change. Being a senior citizen who has owned Japanese vehicles for the past 30 years and only recently (2014) switched back we are very pleased with our Escape. As for the service provided by Orchard Ford, I can assure you it has restored my faith in owning a NA product again. The other dealerships where we had maintenance performed were so BAD; I had to write the president of Ford and express my concerns. BUT Orchard Ford will continue to receive all our maintenance from now on. And I include two Lincoln dealerships in this assessment which didn't come close to Orchard.
