We recently picked CleanFreaks based largely on reviews posted here and are thoroughly pleased we did. We had general grime (2 yrs since last cleaning) on our berber, including several areas with heavy soiling due to a recent reno, and we were openly talking about replacement. Steve knows his products and techniques and most importantly TOOK THE TIME needed to give the carpets a thorough cleaning. This service costs a bit more than those heavily-advertised, quick and dirty '$99 specials' but it is well worth it in my sincere opinion. We will use this company again.
