First class customer service

I needed a replacement case for my Ray Bans, which I had bought several years ago from a store in the USA. I googled Ray Bans and contacted the first customer service e-mail I could find, which happened to be Luxottica USA. They took 4 days to reply to my e-mail, saying that the cases weren't available and that I should contact them again in two weeks, which I did, and I was told that they would sell me the case for $9. I called the number they gave me to put the order, but the number was "not valid for my region". I was told to contact Luxottica Canada Instead. I braced for another month of back-and-forth messages, but I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted that same afternoon (a Thursday) by Takia Grant, who told me she could send the the replacement case the next day, free of charge. Takia sent my replacement case on Friday, and I got it on Monday. First class customer service, five stars... Thank you so much!! :-)
