Honestly, I don't know how they do it. I placed an order on a Friday afternoon and within two hours it had shipped out. I picked the package up on Monday afternoon from the post office. Granted I'm near Calgary and they are in Edmonton, but still.....they can't be beat on any aspect - all areas of customer service or price. Now if only they offered EVERY health related product I wish to purchase, I would never have to go anywhere else!
