This company puts the DIs in customer (dis) service.It took them 24 days to inform me that my payment method ( Visa) was not accepted. What nonsense! I called 5 or 6 times and left messages prior to receiving the message from them, as well as spending at least 6 hours waiting on chat and receiving no response to emailed questions. Their response ( finally) :A few weeks back our entire credit card processing system got derailed and not only were we unable to process orders, but we temporarily lost some of the customer data. So should i worry about lost credit card info? Another response: We've brought on a new team member to help with customer support which should improve things in the future. Other customer feedback on google suggest that this is also an issue for others and not a new issue. Weeks of growing time wasted,stress and hours of aggravation. I suggest that only those who like wasting time and energy shop here.
