Lacking on Follow Through Customer...
I was helped my Dash. He seemed to be a nice guy, very accommodating at first and willing to negotiate on the price. I was stoked about my purchase. After I signed all the paperwork and agreed on a price, I then discovered that the vehicle did not have heated seats (even though it was listed as a feature on AutoTrader and was told it had it). They called me after to tell me and I had to pay to get the heated seats put in. They did only charge me half of what they cost but still, on principle they should have absorbed that cost! When I showed up to pickup the vehicle, it wasn't on the lot and they didn't know where it was so I had to wait for a bit. Dash wasn't very friendly to me, he gave me a bit of attitude. They also forgot to give me back my old license plates off my trade-in. He did mention as I was leaving to contact him if I had an issues with the car. After 5 days, the tire pressure monitoring system failed and so i emailed him to find out about warranty coverage. No response. So all in all they are nice to you until they get your money and then after that they treat you like shit. Luckily I don't live in the area so I will be taking it do another dealer for the service. Giving this dealership 2 stars only because they did negotiate on the price and because the manager was a nice guy, but based on follow-up customer service, lack of response or interest, I would not recommend.
