We had an agreement (and they advertise it) that a wedding package will have the limo decorated, receive red carpet service, and a bottle of champagne. So what's wrong with that?...We didn't get any of that service! Limo arrived early but refused to take us to church unless we pay our balance even after complaining that the service is missing it's key ingredients. What makes it worse is they only accepted cash! We were told the driver will have a CR/DR machine for us to be able to use credit card. They lied and I'm sure they won't be claiming that transaction to the government. The owner has no customer service skills especially after they get paid. The rest of the staff seemed like a good fellows but somehow disappeared once the deposit was made. I have advised against this company to many people and businesses. Be warned, these guys are shady!
