By Far, the Worst Courier I've...
I would give this company zero stars if I could. DO NOT USE THEM. I have made many online orders and have received packages from every courier you can think of and none have even come close to the absurd incompetency of Apple Express. Not only are they slow, but they apparently don't deliver to apartment buildings. I was expecting a delivery and was home all day, yet nothing was delivered. And that is the good part of this review... After they were apparently unable to leave me my "undeliverable" package, not only was no notice left informing me of where I could pick it up, but they IMMEDIATELY RETURNED IT TO THE SENDER. No phone call, no holding it for a few days. NOTHING. I did not even have the chance to call them and ask where I could pick it up before they sent it back. This has caused a massive headache and flurry of emails between myself and the sender, of which the only resolution is that I have to order my items again. I am just in complete shock that I company can conduct itself in this manner and think it's acceptable. I suppose this is the reason why I'd never heard of Apple Express until this shipment: they are absolutely at the bottom of the barrel as far as couriers go. I will be contacting Landmark Global, the company that forwarded my package to Apple Express, to tell them of this experience and advise them to drop them as a carrier. I will also be looking into reporting this company for their incredible negligence.
