I have been to First Choice once and have had a decent experience. I think it depends on the person who cuts your hair so make sure you get their refrences or watch them cut someone's hair before you allow them too because since it is a company that has many locations, the salons vary. Remember that it is a salon with cheap prices (which is good) but if you want a haircut that you will love completly and have absolutly no problem with, i request that you go to a high ranking salon. It'll be worth the money at the end of the day :)
