I was new to area and don't know/trust a mechanic in Guelph. My SUV back brakes were making a loud noise- I also needed my scheduled oil change so I searched online. I seen the $19.99 oil change on there website and also seen they do FREE brake inspections-BONUS! I got in next day (Nancy was very pleasant) and the mechanic brought me out to show me what the issues were with my brakes, easy fix while I was there didn't have to make a future appointment did it all with in the hour. Mechanic also found cracks in my ABS rings, he said most places recommend replaceing whole ABS system(obv more $) but he said a easy fix is just replace the rings! I was in & out with not a huge bill and didn't feel like I was taken advantage of- I will DEF recommend and continue to go to Meineke on Woodlawn in Guelph. Nancy emailed me quote very next morning for ABS and got me in that afternoon- she said when it comes to brakes other customers oil changes can hold off- brake are important to safety. I felt like they really cared and weren't out to scam you.
