Returning customer. Ordered prescription safety glasses and received a phone call Thursday @ lunch that they were ready to picked-up. Went the next day (Friday) by bus (don't drive) and no optometrist. So the girl could only hand me my glasses and said if there any adjustments ("which there shouldn't be") feel free to come in. Well tried them on - and adjustments are require (loose arm & they slip down nose). Now I have to schedule a date (by bus) when I can come in. Do I really have to phone ahead to ensure an optometrist is available ??
