My Water heater failed just two days ago. I called Enercare and they sent two technicians over within three hours. They brought a new tank and were ready to install, Unfortunately, the tank was not the right one. It was not their fault, as my tank was so old that the new version was different.
We scheduled the installation for the next day. Claudio and Ryan arrived promptly. They were both very professional and pleasant. They were quick and knew exactly what to do. They were clean not leaving any mess behind. I highly recommend these individuals, as they are amongst the best service people I have ever had come to my home.
