Have been driving Ford Escapes for years ,current one is a 2016. Have had some issues with the Escape which resulted in 4 visits to the service dept. over the pass year. The service advisor Josee whom I purchased the car from when she was in sales has been great. Repairs done on time and always kept me updated. Even got a rental car for one repair. May not be happy about the number of times I had to go to service but had to give the service team 5 stars for how they handle the situations.
