Purchsed a brand new 2011 minni cooper s. We dropped it off to get the winter tires put on it. Went to pick it up after a call saying that it was ready and ended up waiting over an hour for them to get it out of the shop. Finally a service guy gave me a key and said it was outside, when i went out it wasn't my car. I went back in and told the service guy and he asked me "are you sure". Fact is it was the wrong color wrong year and not a convertible, so I was pretty sure it wasnt my car I dropped off. Another 40 minutes later they found my car and gave me the key and weren't too fazed that I had spent almost 2 hours there waiting for them to find my car. Oh and ps heres your bill we added on rim cleaner for you even though you dont want it but we will charge you for it.
