That being said, I've shopped from online outlets many times, I know about bulk delivery, Chinese products and the whole lot. What amazes me is, I still can't beat Dolan's prices even using the best online outlets out there. I've tried. It couldn't be done.
Not only will you not find better prices in Kingston for smoke related products, you will not find anything near the quality of stock @ Dolans. Try it, really.
