Today Oct 24 2017 I had my Trane furnace cleaned. As the maintenance guy, Danny McLoed started looking at things he noticed water formation on the top part of the furnace. Doesn't look to good he said. He then opened the front of the unit and noticed a small crack in the heat exchanger. He took his small camera and went inside the small opening and found another crack with corrosion. Then he told me the furnace was to be shut down. He finnished the maintenance part and tagged the furnace. He also have me some options on another furnace. Great job Danny McLeod. Very honest and trustworthy. He gave me a contact to reach. I called Brian Thorpe. With no hesitation he said he would be there later that afternoon. He was quick. Have me different options and I'm no time out new furnace will be installed in 2 days from now. Now that's great service from 2 great quys doing a great job. Here is the funny part. 9 years ago I had the same situation. And the same 2 guys did the same job that they just did. What are the odds of that? Anyway, I would recommend these two guys Danny and Brian to anyone. Thanks again guys. Vey well done.
