POOR SERVICE !!!!- STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
ON MONDAY OCTOBER, 17, 2016, AT 8:00AM I BROUGHT MY 2016 HONDA ACCORD TOURING V-6 SEDAN IN FOR A STANDARD OIL CHANGE. THAT SEEMED TO GO WELL.
HOWEVER, I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE THERE 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES INCLUDING A COMPLEMENTARY CAR WASH WHICH PARKWAY HONDA OFFERS TO ITS CUSTOMERS WHEN HAVING ANY SERVICE WORK DONE ON THEIR CAR.
AFTER 1 HOUR, 20 MINUTES WENT BUY I WAS HAVING BREAKFAST WITH MY WIFE AND I LOOKED OUT THE WINDOW AND NOTICED THAT MY CAR, VERY DIRTY WAS SITTING IN A PARKING SPACE.
I WALKED OVER TO ONE OF THE SERVICE ADVISORS. ADAM.
MY ORIGINAL SERVICE ADVISOR HAD PASSED ON MY SERVICE WORK ORDER OVER TO A GUY NAMED ADAM.
I FORGET THE NAME OF MY SERVICE ADVISOR FOR THAT DAY I FIRST SPOKE TO UPON WALKING INTO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. BUT HE WAS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL AND SEEMED STRESSED AND NOT HAPPY TO BE THERE FOR HIS JOB.
I ASKED ADAM WHY MY CAR WAS JUST SITTING IN ONE OF THE PARKING SPACES DIRTY, WHEN I HAD REQUESTED THE COMPLIMENTARY CAR WASH.
HE DID NOT GIVE ME A DIRECT ANSWER AND JUST SAID HE WOULD CALL THE PERSON THAT WASHES THE CARS TO COME AND GET MY CAR TO WASH IT.
I WENT BACK TO THE CAFE THER AT THE DEALERSHIP AND WAITED AN ADDITIONAL ABOUT 45 MINUTES FOR MY CAR TO BE TAKEN AND WASHED.
WHEN MY CAR WAS BROUGHT BACK AND I PAID FOR THE OIL CHANGE, THEN WENT OUTSIDE TO WHERE MY CAR WAS PARKED. I SAW THAT IT WAS STILL WET FROM THE CAR WASH AND MUCH OF MY CAR WAS STILL DIRTY AT THE BOTTOM SIDES OF MY CAR.
I WAS ALREADY RUNNING LATE FOR AN IMPORTANT BUSINESS MEETING AND HAD NO TIME TO GO BACK INTO THE DEALERSHIP TO ASK THAT MY CAR BE WASHED AGAIN PROPERLY AND BE DRIED PROPERLY.
I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND AM THINKING SERIOUSLY ABOUT NOT GETTING MY CAR SERVICED ANY MORE AT PARKWAY HONDA.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS VERY POOR CAR WASH.
IT IS SOMETHING THAT PARKWAY HONDA OFFERS FOR FREE TO ITS CUSTOMERS.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF MY CAR WAS JUST WASHED PROPERLY AND DRIED PROPERLY.
WHAT IS THE POINT OF GETTING SOMETHING FOR FREE IT THE JOB IS NOT DONE PROPERLY.
THIS IS MY SECOND HONDA ACCORD I AM LEASING FROM PARKWAY HONDA NOW AND I EXPECT MUCH BETTER SERVICE FROM THEM.
I USED TO GET GREAT SERVICE IN THE PAST.
I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAS HAPPENED.
THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM AND I DON'T CARE WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE SERVICE STAFF ACCEPT THAT THEIR ATTITUDES AND WORKMANSHIP HAS GONE DOWN THE TUBES.
