I contracted ProMaster to fix broken cable in my garage door. Big mistake. The tech installed cables foot and a half shorter than needed, and the door could not close to the end. then he tried to sell me a new operator, that is engine that opens and closes the door. I refused. He has written that there is no warranty, which one can relate to the operator. Apparently he meant no warranty on cables too. The cable untied within a month, ProMaster refused to fix it citing no warranty. I hired another contractor,who explained that newly installed cables were short, the operator is fine. ProMaster refused the refund even after BBB mediation. Bottom line: I found ProMaster unprofessional. Not recommended.
