Beware of Blaire's...
I think we are missing the point here. My 16-year-old daughter saved her babysitting money to get an updo for her boyfriends grad. I called the salon and booked an appointment with a person claiming they did updos. She went in and showed the below picture and came out with an austerity. She asked Blaire twice to fix it. Knew she had no more time to spare and the hairdo was not getting any better, she decided to leave. She knew she had 1.5 hours to redo her hair herself, make up, and get dressed and get to grad. She is 16 and was not going to leave without paying. When she was leaving a women was walking into the salon and actually gasped when she saw her hair THAT is how bad it was. She got an updo at the same salon last year and it was awesome. She has also had her hair cut there and the stylists are great. This was not one of those situations. The test of a real professional is how they handle the bad times and Blaire, Anita and Justin have not handled this at all. I tried to...

I tried to contact them and tried to deal with this quietly but they chose not to. As a parent and a paying customer I expect to be treated with respect and get what I (may daughter) paid for. THEY chose not to take that route. So please don't defend Blaire, Anita and Justin for their handling of this particular situation. I think the pictures speak for themselves.
My rating is actually "0", My daughter got an "updo" at Angles today by Blaire (see below pictures) for her grad. It was so bad she had to take it out and go with her hair down. It cost 84$$$ it was trash. I called the salon and spoke to the manager Anita who said my daughter got exactly what she had asked for (see below picture #1). What a joke. I asked if that was the standard of this salon which she replyed, it was!! She said there was nothing she could do but apoligize that my daughter "picked a style she didn't like" but that Blaire delivered exaclty what was in the picture. hahaha. So I thought I would email the owner the below pictures and see if that is the standard of his salon. Apparently it is as he didn't respond to my email.

OMG this is a nightmare! I cannot believe that a salon would be happy with this hair. This poor child looks like she's been crying and is very upset. Her hair looks like a raccoon chewed on it. I am a hairdresser myself, and I would never allow a client to leave my chair looking like this. Its too bad the manager wouldn't give you your money back, that's totally classless.
It's called set dressing, cute dirty kitchen. :-/ Clearly something happened to this hair in the time it took you get home from the salon.
That comment speaks louder then all the others as our house is a 5 min drive from the salon and the only thing that happened to this hair was Blaire. But thank you for your comment as that is exactly what I thought when my daughter walked in the door. I thought she had been in a car accident or something terrible had happened as that is how bad it was. She was so mortified by it I had to chase her around to take the pictures as I knew no one would believe us about how bad it was using words.
Thank you for your comment as that speaks louder then any other comment. We live 5 min from the salon and she came straight home. I to thought something had happened to her on the way home like a car accident as it was THAT bad. But no she did nothing to her hair on the way home in 5 min.
When I say 'something happened to that hair' I mean you intentionally messed it up, and your purposely doing all this to get some sort of personal vindication from this lovely business.
What you're doing is fraud. And you're the worst type of consumer. I hope that you never come to any business I own, clearly you're holding them hostage for some sort of financial gain.
