I have to say that right from Sales to Installation and follow up, this has been an excellent experience. the sales representative was very informative during the Sales phase. He was very professional and did not use pressure tactics to make the sale ----- in fact, just the opposite. He wanted us to be comfortable with our eventual decision and worked on ensuring we had all the necessary information to make that decision.
The installers were equally professional and very creative in their approach to replacing our stacked bay windows. I was concerned that the aluminum cladding might get dented or scratched in the process. I needn’t have worried. It wasn’t even necessary to say anything. The installers knew exactly how to approach the job and complete the installation with minimal impact on existing trim. Their finishing work was exceptionally impressive. My wife and I are totally satisfied with the end result.
Thank you so much for making this a very pleasurable experience. I know who I will be calling the next time I want to replace windows. We are considering replacing our front door with side panels as well and Verdun Windows & Doors will be the first place I call when we are ready to proceed.
