So disappointed...

Perfect example as to why commission based models are horrible for the consumer.
I was given a deal for them to come clean carpets. 30 dollars off. They show up to the door. Automatically I felt like Iwas walking into a trap. The upsells were three times as much as the original service. Oh but he would give me a discount. This was already our upswell as we were going to do it ourselves. He went on to say why that's a bad idea and how those machines from Safeway don't work etc

I wanted to reach out to you to address your concerns, as we definitely don't want to have any client who is unhappy with the work. Over the phone all of our clients are set up with a basic carpet cleaning package, which includes more products and services than some other companies. For every job we go to, we go there to do the work. The only time our technicians will make any advisement on other services, are if a client would benefit from the service. If a client agrees that additional work would be beneficial, then that's the only time the price could change. Most jobs only require the standard package, but we always have our premium products and services if the job requires it.
