You reviewed Purolator but said that you got a UPS package??? Which company are you reviewing?
We don't have a UPS depot as such in town. They go through Purolator.
Previous reviewers commented on the service provided by purolator in regards to UPS packages. I just wanted to state that my UPS package was delivered by purolator without trouble.

Now, I usually do my parcels through UPS, and in my town, they get distributed by purolator, UNFORTUNATELY!. I've had parcels delivered by them 3 separate times in the last few weeks, and each time for some stupid reason, they don't knock, or ring the doorbell, they leave a sticker saying "I was here and you weren't home, so here's a sticker." Only problem is, I was home, YOU were just too damn lazy to knock? So what, ? you create more work for the company by not delivering? And then I call purolator to find out what happened, only to be told "there's no way sir that they wouldn't knock, that just doesn't make sense. so not only did your driver not knock, I was called a liar? I will do EVERYTHING in my power from here on in, NEVER to use your services again for ANYTHING. I will use usps which goes through Muskoka delivery service or I'll use canada post, but i will NEVER do business with the likes of your company. shame on you.
