Not impressed by the service provided
I am one of the the groom's men. I attended my friend's wedding reception on Sept 29 2013. The management only gave a little over an hour to do all the stage decoration and centerpieces and stuff.Me and another friend had to reach really early to help the decorator to finish in time. otherwise Fuzion was gonna charge us an extra $150. it was either that or the decorator was charging extra to bring more people. According to the decorator she usually takes 3 to 4 hours to set it up and every other hall provided her with that time. We got the setup done in time and then were kicked out of the hall and asked to come back when the event starts. we were given a very lame reason for that. They had to change the shift and can not afford to pay someone to be in the hall for 30 mins. So they closed the hall for 30 mins till the next shift arrives and we had to wait in a burger king in the area. DJ arrived 15 mins before the shift change and they did not allow him to set up and told...

I do not understand that how much would it cost to keep some one in the hall for 30 mins. I am sure they don't pay their employes $150 an hour.
I do not speak for all the guests but i personally was not impressed with the food provided. I did not taste fresh. I could be wrong but i think food was cooked at least couple days before and it was re-heated on the day of the event.
For the convenience i have the rated the hall and service out of 5.

I loved the lighting in the hall but other than that i would not recommend this hall to for major events. Hope this helps you make your decision.
