Brock Doors and Windows replaced several old windows and installed a beautiful greenhouse window 2 1/2 years ago. Everything was great - Sandy in sales was professional and helpful, installation was good but last summer one window stuck. Though it got better it was temporary and this summer was impossible to open!
I always anticipate hassles when I ask for service but was so pleasantly surprised, instead! Spoke to Jenn in the office and she coordinated service to occur today. An installer, Nick C., came to service this window. He arrived when predicted without my having to wait around all day. Nick is pleasant, personable and did the repair by taking apart frame - no hassle, no charge. Everyone at Brock was great to deal with. Thanks!j
