This is a great grocery store, wonderful for hard to find specialty items. It is where we get our fair trade chocolate, tea and sugar. They have many fair trade products, lots of organic produce, a remarkable selection of vegan milks, even ones made from hemp and oats. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars is that it is a bit pricey for some things. They also carry a lot of Ottawa's independent papers (The Pen, The Leveller) which is great. And they have baked goods too, and samosas for $1. They carry many shampoos, soaps and toothpastes too that are less main stream, more natural brands. Even Dr. Brauner's Magic Soap. Friendly and helpful staff, a great place to check out.
