In accordance with the health plan we set with our Care Manager, Parmedica provides my Dad with adult companionship, occupational therapy, in-home prescription services, and housekeeping. The most noteworthy aspect of this particular health care provider is their housekeeping. If you have ever used an in-home health service before, then you know how difficult it is to find a company who do "serious" housecleaning - and for my family that's been a real problem. We end up spending our weekends cleaning! Don't worry about that with Parmedica. They use "real" cleaning ladies - usually middle-aged ladies - who really know how to scrub floors and clean out refrigs and do laundry. Everyone sent from Parmedica - from the support workers up to the Nurse and occupational therapist - have been great. I highly recommend.
