My Mother is certainly not in the facility described in the review by 'HAPPYGIRL11' below! Although SHE IS LIVING AT ST HILDA'S TOWERS, she and we, her family are entirely happy with the staff, food, day to day care and medical care provided. Although family and/or friends visit almost daily, we have never seen any of the conditions described by HAPPYGIRL After looking at several similar residences we made the choice of St Hilda's and now, after several months, are still sure that we made the right decision.
