Vert handsome gentleman as well:) Reception is not rude, she was very friendly towards myself and even reccomended products. The reviews that commented on rudness, must be extremly sensitive people?? she was professional and provides great advice. Fernanda (the Owner) was also at in the store (which i heard shes there everyday)shes approcable and friendly- Lovely lady from our conversation in person and over the phone. i also want to mention that they are one of the only Beauty and Spa suppliers that PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!! seriously they call back and pick up:) I never heard screaming when I went, just loud kids not being supervised by the shoppers.which that was quite annyoning. if your looking for quality products gotta see Fernanda or Jamie to help business revenue.
