I saw this salon while walking around the Erin Mills mall and the people there were very friendly and seemed experienced. I wanted to go silver (from a medium brown) and the stylist gave me a consultation and assured me she can do it. Since I had to get very blonde to go silver, I asked her if she should bleach it once then wait another week or so to bleach it again and THEN make it silver, but she told me she can do it in a day with olaplex. I came in later that week for my appointment and my stylist was 30 minutes late. She not only fried my long healthy hair by over processing it, but she chemically burned my scalp too. she was also very rough (with my now fragile and over processed hair), to the point where she was ripping it out in clumps when styling it; I also did not ask for her to style it, but she charged me for it anyhow. It has become apparent to me that my stylist didn't know what she was doing. I paid approximately $300 for fried hair and a burnt scalp.
