Great customer service
We've shopped at Tepperman's on many occasions but this latest purchase was by far our favourite. Our sales person, Denise, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of our questions and made sure that we found the washer and dryer that was best suited for our needs.
Because we were using Tepperman's in-house financing, we dealt with Kim at their purchase counter. I have never encountered anyone who was more friendly and pleasant to deal with. She was organized with her paperwork and did not try to slip anything past us (such as the optional insurance). All of their CSRs should strive to be more like Kim. Just an absolute gem to deal with.

What a pleasure it was for me to read your review and your feedback about the service you received from both Denise & Kim. I know first-hand just how important it is to have a sales person help you fight the right laundry pair (my wife & I bought our first front-load set this summer, if you can believe it) and I'm not the least bit surprised to hear that Denise really made it happen for you.
So much of Kim's role deals with attention to detail (not so different than Denise's, I suppose) and as we both know, both God & the Devil are in the details... depending on the execution! Clearly Kim has "seen the light"!
Thank you so much for everything: your payment & purchase, and the fact that you took the time to catch our team doing it right. For both Denise & Kim, I think it's safe to say that tour comments will absolutely make their day.
