I bought a $600 recliner, after 2 days the seat sank, they replaced it no issues, the next recliner seat sank after 2 days. Imagine a 2 year old falling into a toilet seat. I was informed no refund, I researched the manufacturing, I had to spend $100 more to purchase a different recliner, that was built differently. After waiting a week it arrived and had missing padding on seat,back and arms. I was told I could have another (same) recliner or a $200 store credit. I took another recliner. It arrived, missing padding on arms I gave up, concerned if I replaced that one the next one could be even worse. I feel I have been robbed. United and Brick, same warehouse, big mistake, never again. Zero star rateing
