We went in during the store's opening 2 week sale to look for a sectional and 3 seat sofa. It was pretty busy so we ended up waiting about 30 minutes for someone to be able to place our order, which was understandable. We paid for delivery and setup, which is $75- well worth it since the sectional is going into the basement.
It took 5 weeks for the items to come in, and we were finally contacted to schedule delivery. What we weren't informed of was the lack of options for the paid delivery. They don't deliver in the evening (after 5pm), only morning and afternoon. When you do choose a day, you can't choose morning or afternoon- they decide for you. They will call you the day before to narrow the timeline down to morning or afternoon. So, you are pretty much expected to sit around all day and wait for them to show up. You pay for a service that you have no control over- you should at least be able to decide morning or evening!!!
So, now we have to wait another 2 weeks before we get to even see the furniture. Will definitely think twice before ordering there again.
