I totally agree with the oncoming comments from a different person comments review.. and here it is... (this person couldn't have said it any better...)..Moreover, some of Management should be fired as well..

The PSW's are horrible and lazy. I especially can't stand the attitudes of several staff members. The cleaners are lazy and infection control is near non-existent. My relative lived there for more than 4 years and NOBODY showed for his funeral or even sent a card or a representative. These people were part of his home and family and they did nothing. I wouldn't recommend this home for anything other than an inspection and hopefully some mass firing of staff.

When mom needed palliative care,,she didn't get it.. Everytime I was there PSW's /nurses did not check on mom for at least 1 to 2 hrs and many times mom was dehydrated and It was me that had to go and get her water.. It never failed I had to do it..They only came to see her when it was med time...My MOM was not taken care of properly,. They didn''t and still don't know how to deal with dementia people.., So plzz anyone who reads this think twice if you are thinking of putting your father or mother in this place..I sure would....the overall rating is only 2.6...NOT GOOD AT ALL..
