Staff are very caring and friendly. Management are another story. The manager of this establishment over bills and is rude. It's scary to think of how many seniors are being over billed here. The food was OK in the beginning but deteriorated after the first week and my family member actually gave up eating requesting food from outside. Would not recommend leaving a loved one here.

I went and saw the Du Waps and realized it was Friday the 13th. I swear the show was so bad it was scary just like the exorcist really. I'm sure I even saw heads rotating with puke flying everywhere. The emergency rooms must have been filled with people so sick from this performance. I'm sure lawsuits are on the way for causing such horror and discomfort to the public.

I went to see the du wap show Friday the 13th and it was an unlucky night! This show doesn't rate 1 star. These guys should be hung out in the desert. It's amazing to watch the passive Ottawa audience sit back and pretend to enjoy this crap. Every person at this show should have been demanding their money back, what a waste of time and money. We are still too afraid to say anything in this city in case we offend someone. You people need to realize you just wasted $15.00 a head to be tortured for 2 hours. Some people actually tried to complain to the management and were treated rudely and refunds refused. Smarten up Ottawa. No one should be paying for this crap.
