Our air conditioner was not cooling. I talked to jobhu and he asked a few questions about the unit, like was the fan moving or the unit making noise. I went out side to check and found there was no noise or movement. He suggested checking the breaker inside. Sure enough that is what it was, he said it may or may not happen again. I am very grateful that Jobhu took the time out of his busy day to help me over the phone and saved me the cost of the service call!
