I tried to purchase gift certificates for Christmas at this location and not one staff member knew how to cash me out and load the gift cards. The manager was useless. They wasted over 20 mins of my time before I asked for my money back ($40). I tried to call today and speak with the owner but surprise, surprise, nobody is answering the phone.
