I contracted with duradek at the end of June to cover a small front porch and also to install a glass railing. They were quick to quote a price and I signed a contract in early July. After that, nothing! I phoned, I e-mailed. I received excuses and promises and sometimes they totally ignored me. This small project was eventually finished, after constant begging by myself, and after I threatened to cancel,at the end of October. A project which should have taken no more than two weeks in fact took 4 months to complete. Their customer service is terrible and I would never recomend them to anyone! Andrew.
