Bought lessons ... Nobody was there

We bought dance classes here. We were super excited, got all ready, braved the cold, and ... door was locked and lights were all out when we got there. We double checked the date and time. Checked the tickets. Checked the address. Tried calling them three times. Waited outside in the -25 weather for 20 mins knocking.

We have left 2 messages ad they still haven't returned our calls.

Very disappointing!
Going to try at another dance studio I guess.
