Horrible Quality bikes
I had 2 of their bikes steel and top of the line carbon both bikes are broken before the year and with out even dropping them. Horrible customer service they have no warranty back up what so ever. go with a no brand you will save some money is the same as Jamis bike.

Your obviously a fake review and cannot describe actually what the problem was with your bicycles. All our bicycles come with two free tune ups in the first year and a life time warranty on the frame, one year on parts which is an industry standard. Also your getting a bicycle at wholesale pricing way below retail so the service is not going to be up to retail level which will cost 40% more.
