Humbling experience
I was so surprised by my experience at Audi Oakville. Every single person whom I interacted with over multiple visits has been just great every time. When they work on my car it always comes out better when it came in. This is a big contrast to Toronto Midtown Audi where they overlooked an accident on the CarFax report during the sale, they miscalculated fees (math error) and wanted to charge almost $1,000 more, their service team used an air gun on my lug nuts and one of the nuts was so tight we almost had to take a blow torch to remove it. At Oakville, there's always someone there to answer my question or to ensure that I have what I need. There's no nonsense. Their 2nd floor cafe area is really nice, the bacon strips are done perfectly (small things in life makes me happy), there's a really nice full body massage chair, nice self-serve coffee setup (k-cup machine downstairs as well) with at least 4 different syrups. I can go in and have a good meal while I work on my laptop, someone comes to personally tell you when your car is done (it's on the monitors too). They always wash your car. Only gripe is that Mercedes-Benz Burlington is a step up in terms of car-care where they treat your leather seats with conditioner, hand-wash your car and rims, vacuum the interior and ensure that the seating position is always restored to how it was when it came in. Audi is not quite up to that level, but honestly, that's very minor and Audi Oakville still gets 5 stars from me! Also, Audi Oakville has things that Mercedes-Benz Burlington does not have (great massage chair) so it's an apples to oranges comparison. Anyway, thank you for allowing me to rant, keep up the good work and to anyone reading this, Audi Oakville will treat you right so go to them instead of other Audi dealerships!
