My younger brother booked this hall for his wedding reception. A month after he signed the agreement with the hall management, they started adding random charges such as DJ fees , fee for extra chair , fee for table cloths , fee for center pieces etc. . All these charges were discussed earlier with the management and they never mentioned adding these charges at all, they gave us the confidence that there won’t be any additional charges for these items but that didn’t happened.

DJ Service:
Hall management offered us DJ service which was expensive so we brought our own DJ. When they found out that we are bringing our own DJ they added a DJ Admin Fee in the agreement without notifying us. When our DJ asked for a table to put his DJ equipment, he wasn’t given any assistance.
Stage Decoration:
Stage decoration usually takes anywhere from 3 to 4 hours. Our event time was 7 pm and they only gave the stage decoration people 1 hour and 30 minutes to decorate everything. As per the hall management pay extra if you want more time for stage decoration people to decorate the stage. So basically they wanted to add another charge in our bill.
Projector:
Before we sign the agreement we were told you guys feel free to use our projector and screen. After signing the contract they said Oh, “we never said you won’t pay for the projector and the screen” so another charge they wanted to add. We borrowed projector from our family friend and then found out that hall management won’t let us use the projector screen, you know why? Because they wanted more money just to use the projector screen for few minutes. Anyways we dropped the idea of using the project since they were asking ridiculous amount of fee for that.
Service:
One of our guests asked the floor manager on duty for the fork and spoon as it was missing from his table, He was rudely told that “we can’t give you extra fork and spoon because it cost money and we are not allowed to give extra forks and spoons to guests during events. It didn’t just stop there, they started investigating where the fork and spoon went, they thought we invited an extra person in the event and trying to hide it from them to avoid charges for the extra person.
Which kind of ridiculous policy and professionalism is this?
Food:
Food was worst and most of our guests did not eat at all. It was a real embracement for us. When hall management called us a month before the event for food tasting, we told them that we are not satisfied with the quality of your food, we were promised that the Chef will do a better job during the event. Nothing was done.
Desserts:
We were promised for a sweet table with more than 8 item including pastries, croissants but during the event they only had 3 items and those 3 item were not even in good quantity, they never refilled the sweet table.
Overall:
The hall management was very rude when we complained and they did not honour the prices and conditions discussed with them before we sign the agreement.
Avoid this place even if they offer you the hall for free.

I am so sorry that your experience was not a good one. Having dealt with this hall twice over the past 11 months, I have had positive experiences both times and have no hesitation whatsoever in booking another event with them. I have worked with Camille for both events and found her to be very accomodating and responsive as were the other staff throughout both events.
We were advised in advance of all additional charges and have both hired the DJ and brought our own, there were no problems with tables for them to set up and as a matter of fact our last event had duo DJ's and we were provided with an additional table at the last minute.
I just posted a review and was shocked to see these reviews as it in no way reflects our experience and does not sound like the same staff or experience.I will also counter your comment here, I am not a staff member or affiliated with the hall in any way except as a repeat client.
I too will comment on this review as my experience at Fuzion was absolutely fantastic. This review does not reflect what me & my guests went through for the duration of the night. The staff on our night were so accommodating, so respectful of our guests, and were always going out of their way (even though they didn't have to and I didn't expect them to) to ensure my guests felt at home. My contract was completely clear, and at the end of the day, it was my responsibility to read the contract before I signed it. I had a few questions and it was explained to me before I signed it as well. There were no hidden costs and I was not charged for anything other than what my contract said.
