Had a Lennox XC13 air-conditioner and Lennox humidifier installed about a week ago. The two guys that came spent almost 5 hours to do a thorough and and very professional looking job. In my furnace room and outside where my a/c was installed. Were polite and curtious. Respectful of my home and my new hardwood flooring.
Chose Metro Air because of the efforts of Andrew Seyfried. He has gone the extra mile in answering my many questions. Beyond what I would expect from a "typical" tradesman. He is a "sales/service man". Most will just do the bare nimimum to get the job done. Or in answering your questions.
And though it's very early in my install I'm happy with their workmanship and service. Hope to continue our company/client relationship for years to come.
