They sent in a new caregiver every day for my mom, it's like a new person every day. Some of them did not know what they were really doing, and were not as friendly as I would expect. I'm not surprised though, because they pay their personal support workers only $12 an hour, and we're paying over $20 an hour for this "care." Will be switching providers for sure.
