Horrible.
DON'T SHOP HERE! Staff here are unfriendly, rude and apparently know NOTHING about costumer service. I don't know if this it's new management or something but the store is practically barricaded, they have tables blocking certain areas so you can't even browse the costumes you have to find a number and get someone to find you one. (Which it seems, pains them to do)
Not only did the store not even greet me, but they have all these rules that they enforce very strictly but don't tell you about. For example, I brought in a Starbucks cup (sealed) filled with water, they told me I had to throw it out or leave because there were no drinks permitted in the store. It just so happens that there was a clearly visible bottle of water right next to the cashier that she appear to be drinking from. And regardless, not only was it just water and the fact that I'm not a five-year old, even if someone spilt anything in that store they couldn't possibly damage any of their products because all the merchandise is barricaded by fold-up tables!
Another thing that happened was that my friend wanted to try on a costume, so she went to the "changing room" which is kind of, but not really off to the side, in a wide open aisle. My friend then called me to ask my opinion on her costume, when that rude employee (same one as last time, she might be the manager) came to yell at me because that area is for women only. Excuse me, but not only was she the only one there, it seemed to be the only changing area in the store. Not to mention that there was no sign that said is was a changing room, let alone a women's changing room, it's literarily a repurposed aisle in the store that for all I know is featuring some new line of pumpkin fabric. What I'm saying is, it looks pretty ghetto.
Bottom line is that the staff seem really bitter, and the store lacks signage. I would suggest you get a sign that labels your changing rooms AND well your at it, maybe get a swastika because apparently your store is Nazi Germany.
