Pierre Prud'Homme - arrived to service my air conditioner. It was raining, but he was still conscientious and diligent in his efforts to provide excellent service. He did a thorough job and even noticed that our hot water tank was venting the hot air into the room. On his recommendation, we unblocked one of the basement vents which fixed the problem.
