I had a really bad experience with Skin Vitality. I was looking for a cellulite treatment. they sold me venus freeze technology instead of Vela shape (it's more expensive and market it as new innovative technology). they were so good and friendly and reassured me that this is the answer to my problem. That they have the best and newest technology with the best results in the market. Anyways I ended up paying over $3000 for 9 treatments with literally zero results, and I mean zero results which was clear by the before and after pictures which I am sure won't make it to the book they show people when they try to make a sale. I complained half way through my treatment and they told to wait until I complete my sessions because it's early to judge. Sure enough, after the treatment was done, still zero result. When I complained, their tone changed that they don't know why the treatment didn't work for me. They offered me two extra treatments which I declined because with 9 treatment there was zero results, so obviously I didn't see the benefits of the extra 2.
