Worst service after sale EVER!! Avoid at all cost
My wife was told that this store was a great bargain for the type of dress she wanted, but every deal seems to come with a price! She found a dress she really liked and bought it in full, as the store will not alter a dress if it isn't paid for. The first catch on the price is that the alterations are 50% of the price of the dress, which are also paid in full. She then had a fitting 3 months later, and the employee opened the store almost an hour late and didn't even have any work done on her dress, as she seemed to have forgotten the appointment or even that the dress was due for that day. The dress and appointment not being remembered is one thing, but being given all sort of lies as excuses by the employee and he management is another. Finally the dress was ready for a first fitting a month before the wedding, but not at the store, as the store was now telling us that they were no longer responsible for the dress, but it was the new seamstress who was responsible. Even if the dress and the alterations were fully paid to the store, My wife got service at the seamstress personal home. With all of the stress and tears from my wife's fear that she wouldn't get her dress in time for the wedding, and the lack of cooperation from the store, the seamstress was able to finish it in her home at 9 pm the night before the wedding!! No stress there! Thank god she was so good to us, because we really would not have gotten the dress if everything was up to the store management, who brushed us off at every call, inquiry or visit. I also learned that the seamstress also left them for lack of management, customer service, and simply blaming an employee, instead of taking charge of their issues! I wrote this review out of total disgust with the lack of service after sale, as I know my wife would not have taken the time, but I think warning as many people could avoid anyone else from being taken for a ride!
