Used Car Recently
So far car is OK, Alex did a good job. He is a very busy salesman in Markville Toyota Dealership.
He understood customer concerns, and tried his best to make it perfect, but you only have two hands, you cannot fight with 10 people.
Even though Alex did tell Service Department to check the car carefully. As a result, the engine and cabin filters are very dirty, I can tell those filters never been replaced at least 4 years. And one of the brake is very tight and cannot turn the wheel by hand.
It is not Alex problem, he is a salesman not a Mechanic.
